Metabolic Task Visualizer

Visualizer Notice:

This website serves only as a visualizer for the predictions generated using our scCellFie tool. Additionally, precomputed metabolic scores across the CZI's human cell atlas can be visualized using the Load CZI CELLxGENE button, or downloaded by clicking on the Download Dataset button.

Expected CSV Formats:

Melted Results CSV: Should contain columns for tissue, cell_type, metabolic_task, trimean and optionally scaled_trimean. Additional numerical columns will be shown in the cell details.

Min/Max CSV: Should contain metabolic tasks in rows or columns, with values for minimum and maximum thresholds. The tool will attempt to detect and transpose if needed.

Note: These files can be generated using our scCellFie tool, as detailed in this tutorial. Here the predictions are summarized into a cell-group level, losing single-cell resolution. For visualizations at a single-cell resolution, please refer to our tutorials.
